The Beginning

NDIS clouds curated for NDIS providers

Inspired by a pressing need to address the escalating costs faced by NDIS providers for technology, and the glaring absence of user-friendly solutions accommodating diversity—including linguistic, digital literacy, and overall health literacy challenges—we embarked on our mission. Recognizing these barriers could significantly hinder the quality of care and access to services for NDIS participants, BellsCRM was founded. Our goal was clear: to develop an inclusive solution that not only reduces financial burdens on providers but also enriches the NDIS experience for all.

The Challenge

Embarking on this journey, we confronted a landscape dominated by one-size-fits-all solutions that overlooked the unique needs of diverse NDIS participants. The dual challenge of making technology both accessible and cost-effective for providers was daunting. Through relentless research, collaboration with industry experts, and feedback from the community, we began to break down these barriers, crafting solutions that were as versatile as the needs they aimed to meet.

The Milestones

As we navigated the complexities of technology and service provision in the NDIS sector, our milestones mirrored a deepening comprehension of our community's diverse needs. A notable accomplishment was the development of a system ingeniously crafted to welcome individuals from various linguistic backgrounds through the use of straightforward, plain English. This method dismantled language barriers and democratised access to essential services, making it easier for all NDIS providers to understand and engage with our solutions. Over the course of three months at an NDIS service provider named 'My Way Support Tas,' from October 2023 to December 2023 Christmas. We actively engaged with managers, administrators, and carers to listen, implement feedback, and specifically cater to Tasmanians from low literacy backgrounds, demonstrating our system's adaptability and inclusiveness.
