Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy applies to the BellsCRM web platform and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Who we are

BellsCRM is operated by BellsCRM (Australia). The product is developed by Codigo Mantra. Contact: info@bellscrm.com.au.

Who this applies to

This policy covers authorised staff of NDIS and disability service organisations using BellsCRM — including the mobile field app and web CRM. Participant information is entered by authorised employees on behalf of their organisation.

Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, employment details, profile photo (optional).
  • Operational data: progress notes, incidents, risk assessments, compliance documents, and related attachments you upload.
  • Participant data: information your organisation records about clients/participants as part of care delivery (health and disability-related information may be included).
  • Device data: push notification tokens, app version, and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and support.

How we use information

We use data to provide the service your organisation has subscribed to: care documentation, compliance, workforce management, notifications, and support. We do not sell personal information or use health-related content for advertising.

Sharing

Data is accessible within your organisation according to role permissions. We use infrastructure and service providers (for example cloud hosting in Australia, email delivery, and Expo push notification services) only to operate the platform.

Retention and deletion

Your organisation controls operational records. You may request deletion of your personal account via our account deletion page. Some records may be retained where required by law, audit, or legitimate business purposes — we will explain this when processing your request.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and audit logging. Mobile apps store authentication tokens in the device secure store.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act and applicable state laws, you may request access to or correction of your personal information. Contact info@bellscrm.com.au.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
